In the Portland headquarters office, GSI Water Solutions promoted hydrogeologist Rod Struck, civil/environmental engineer Randy Pratt and corporate controller Liesl Deck to principal. It hired Cindy Ryals as an environmental scientist and Steven Kuhlmeier as an environmental engineer. Ryals has 10 years of experience and specializes in human health and ecological risk assessment. Kuhlmeier's experience includes remediation projects and technical support for groundwater and environmental projects. GSI consults on groundwater, environmental contamination and water rights for municipalities, agribusiness, water districts and industries.
