‘Ask an Architect' today at library

Architects from Callison's office in Seattle will answer questions from the public from noon to 2 p.m. today in the plaza at Seattle Central Library, 1000 Fourth Ave.

The “Ask an Architect” booth is sponsored by Seattle Architecture Foundation, and is part of the library's free Pop-Up on the Plaza series, which focuses on the public's dreams for Seattle in 2035.

Participants may use reference material on urban planning and architecture, and view videos made by youth from the City Stories program by SAF and Feet First. In the videos, students talk about the future of the Central District.

There will also be an arts booth where people can use words and images to share their hopes for Seattle in 2035 in response to the city's Comprehensive Plan update.
