Seattle Design Foundation will give a $2,500 grant to explore how design can enhance human relationships in the digital age.
The winner of the grant will be matched with a mentor in the industry.
Submissions for the Deepening Human Connection grant are due by Sept. 13. Details are at seattledesignfoundation.com. The foundation will also award a popular choice grant of $500.
SDF will announce the winners Sept. 16 as part of Seattle Design Festival, 2015.
The foundation was founded in 2012. It creates platforms for people who are new to the Seattle design industry. This is the second year it has awarded a grant to develop design proposals.
