Perteet uses app to inspect projects

EVERETT — Perteet said it is using an Internet application developed by Pavia Systems of Seattle that allows inspectors to gather more data about construction projects on-site and transmit it digitally.

The app, called HeadLight, allows inspectors to include more pictures, videos and technical details than they would through traditional methods. Information can also be easily stored.
