In Seattle, DCI Engineers hired Jessica Tian as a structural designer and Kenneth Alcazar, Alex Mengistu and Jon Potter as project engineers. Tian is working on Marymoor Park Apartments in Redmond. She holds a bachelor's in civil engineering from China Agricultural University in Beijing and a master's in structural engineering and mechanics from the University of Washington. Alcazar is working on Elev8 residential project in Bellevue. He holds a bachelor's in architectural engineering from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. Mengistu has a bachelor's in civil engineering from Washington State University. Potter is working on Woodin Creek Village in Woodinville. He holds a bachelor's in civil engineering from WSU. DCI is a civil and structural engineering firm, with offices also in Spokane, Portland, Irvine, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Austin and Anchorage.
