A tenant improvement project in Lake Forest Park converted an old print shop with an awkward layout into a contemporary office space for an insurance agency.

Located at 17250 Bothell Way N.E., the new office for Hien Luong Farmers Insurance Agency was designed by Baylis Architects with an open, light-filled floorplan.

Small Construction was the contractor.

The goal was to give the space an update using low-cost, yet visually effective architectural elements. Work involved a complete interior remodel, keeping only the walls to the bathrooms and storage spaces. Outside, the exterior was repaired, and repairs were made to the foundation, walls and roof.
