In Portland, Cardno hired Jeff Vanderdasson as a civil engineer practice leader. In Seattle, it hired Mike Rosenfeld as vice president of cost containment and business analytics. Vanderdasson will oversee the civil engineering team on land development projects. He has over 30 years of experience on commercial, industrial, residential and street projects. Rosenfeld will focus on improving efficiency and managing business plans for the Americas Region. He has over 25 years of experience at publicly traded engineering organizations and managed environmental programs for federal clients. Cardno is an infrastructure and environmental services company.
