In Redmond, Otak hired Doug Beyerlein as a senior water resource engineer and hydrologist, and Joe Brascher as a senior hydrologist. Beyerlein has over 40 years of experience and has taught stormwater modeling to engineers, planners and reviewers. He is working on the N.E. 40th Street Stormwater Trunk Extension for Redmond. Brascher has over 20 years of experience in hydrologic modeling, stormwater management and software development. His work includes French Creek Fish Passage for Snohomish County. Otak is an urban design, architecture, planning and engineering firm.
