Winter named engineer of the year

The American Council of Engineering Companies of Washington named David Winter, president and CEO of Seattle-based Hart Crowser, the engineer of the year.

Winter has over 35 years of geotechnical engineering experience. He has worked for 27 years with Hart Crowser, where he started as a staff engineer, and has done projects in the U.S. and in 10 countries.
