Portland-based Harper Houf Peterson Righellis hired Kent Snyder and Ivy Watson as natural resource scientists in Vancouver. Snyder has a Ph.D. and 28 years of environmental consulting and resource management experience. He has worked on infrastructure design and construction in the Northwest. Watson has eight years of environmental consulting and natural resource management experience. She has done natural resource assessments and sensitive species surveys. The firm's staff includes civil and structural engineers, land use planners, landscape architects, surveyors, and natural resources and environmental scientists.
