Seattle-based Weber Thompson promoted to senior associate architects Austin Besse, Carey Dagliano Holmes, Cody Lodi and Jeff Dobbs, interior designer Rachael Bauer and marketing manager Erin Hatch. It promoted interior designer Joanna Luddy to associate. Besse has worked on residential and hospitality projects, and sustainability. Holmes helped lead efforts to design a tiny house for the Low Income Housing Institute to house a homeless family. She also is on the Southeast Design Review Board. Lodi works in the office and mid-rise design studios, and advocates for leveraging BIM and virtual reality. Dobbs has done project management, quality assurance, technical documentation and construction administration, and has a background in building envelope issues. Bauer advocates for accessible design. She worked with a fixture manufacturer to design an accessible roll-in shower for multifamily units. She also worked on Raven Terrace, an affordable housing project in Seattle. Hatch is involved in community outreach, marketing and business development. She is director of marketing for the Seattle chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services. Luddy is a member of Healthy Materials Collaborative and organized a panel on the topic at the 2016 Seattle Design Festival. Weber Thompson provides architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and community/urban design.
