Bellevue City Hall’s garage expansion included a green roof.

The firm installed a green roof and landscaping at Stone34 in Fremont.

Monroe-based Pacific Earth Works said it received two 2016 Environmental Landscape Awards from the Washington Association of Landscape Professionals for projects in Bellevue and Fremont.

The landscape general contractor won a grand award in commercial construction for the Bellevue City Hall East Garage expansion. It installed over 11,000 square feet of green roof on the fifth floor of the expansion. City Hall remained open during construction.

Pacific Earth Works won an award of distinction in commercial construction for Stone34, an office/retail project in Fremont. It installed a green roof and at-grade landscape, including right-of-way work. The job took coordination and team work because there was minimal space and multiple trades working at once.
