Seattle-based Hargis Engineers promoted Jared Robillard to principal, and Chris Skiles, David Bultez, Grant Jamison, Kevin Eldredge, Michael Baranick, Paul Robaidek, Rawley Reeser, Ryan Callahan and Shane Fischer to senior associate. Robillard is on the mechanical leadership team. He specializes in mission-critical, academic, student housing and civic spaces, with projects at Bellevue College and Shoreline Community College. Skiles works on commercial projects, with clients that include Amazon and Microsoft. Bultez does infrastructure planning and upgrades, including work for Western Washington University and K-12 schools. Jamison is an electrical engineer focused on retail projects. Eldredge's has a background in telecom and audio-visual systems, with clients that include Amazon. Baranick has a background in mechanical engineering and energy conservation for public and private projects. Robaidek has two decades of experience in institution planning and tech upgrades. Reeser has 12 years of mechanical engineering experience and is working on retail projects. Callahan is an electrical engineer for retail projects. Fischer is leading acquisitions and new office openings for high tech clients in Asia and Europe. Hargis is focused on mechanical, electrical, telecom, security, energy and commissioning services.
