DCI Engineers buys Montana firm BCE

    Seattle-based DCI Engineers purchased BCE Structural, a 40-person structural engineering firm in Montana, with offices in Missoula, Bozeman, Billings and Kalispell.

    Terms of the stock and cash deal were not released.
