Pacific Architect is a landmark

SEATTLE — Seattle's Landmarks Preservation Board has designated the Pacific Architect & Builder building and nominated the Shannon & Wilson Building as city landmarks.

The vote last week was 7-0 for Pacific Architect at 1945 Yale Place E. It was 6-0, with one recusal, for Shannon & Wilson at 3670 Woodland Park Ave. N.
