LIHI's 70-unit complex for families in Lake City will also house a preschool

Units will range from studios to three-bedrooms, with rents between $700 and $1,296. Completion is set for October 2018.

The Low Income Housing Institute recently started construction on a six-story, 70-unit low-income apartment building in the Lake City neighborhood of Seattle.
