Hotel micro chain Art Inn planning a 15-room hotel near Seattle U

    The Art Inn will be on East Jefferson Street. The chain was founded in Lisbon in 2013, and also has locations in Florence and Rotterdam.

    Here's an exception to the big new hotels and boutique hotel renovations underway in downtown Seattle: a land use permit has been issued for a 15-room hotel at 1225 E. Jefferson St., near Seattle University.
