The city of Seattle is seeking a team to manage construction of infrastructure projects as part of redeveloping the downtown waterfront.
The contract could be up to $40 million.
Qualifications are due by Oct. 31, according to a notice in the Oct. 4 DJC.
Work will run from January 2018 through 2023. It is being led by the Seattle Office of the Waterfront.
Projects will include utilities, roadways, bridges, landscaping, urban design elements, wayfinding, temporary traffic control and infrastructure.
The team will also coordinate with other public and private construction projects nearby as well as other project stakeholders.
