Portland team eyes an elevated garden, multiple towers for big site in Portland

Two towers would be linked by a glass-enclosed “botanical bridge” — which would be like an elevated garden.

William Kaven Architecture and Kaven + Co. released images of a 5 million-square-foot complex it wants to build on the 14-acre site of the U.S. Postal Service headquarters on Broadway in Portland.
