In Bellevue, Julie Hampden joined HNTB Corp.'s environmental planning practice as science project manager and an Endangered Species Act leader. Hampden will provide consultation for ESA compliance for clients in the Northwest. She spent the last 17 years with an environmental consulting firm in Seattle, including as project manager, supervisor, group manager and technical reviewer. HNTB is an infrastructure firm that works with owners and contractors.
