Mithun team wins $211M contract for grad student housing at UCSD

UC San Diego’s Nuevo East will be a six-building, 712,000-square-foot, LEED gold complex for grad students, with more than 1,370 beds and amenities.

The University of California, San Diego awarded a $211 million contract to the design-build team of Mithun and Hensel Phelps for phase three of the East Campus student housing program.
