1898 house on Capitol Hill may be a landmark, or sold for redevelopment

The sale of the house at 1632 15th Ave. is pending to a group that is interested in developing six to eight residential units.

Seattle architect Jim Castanes lives near the 1898 Queen Anne style P.J. Sullivan House on Capitol Hill, and when he saw it go on the market he was concerned it could be torn down.
