In Seattle, OAC Services hired Steve Murakami as a senior program manager, Joshua Cloud as a senior project manager, Laura DeGooyer as a project and construction manager, and Linda King as an accounting assistant. In Spokane, it hired Damon Gardella as a project manager, and in Olympia Cynthia Balzarini as a senior project coordinator. Murakami has over 20 years of experience as a contractor, designer and director at public schools and architecture firms. He supports Lake Washington School District's bond program. Cloud has nearly 20 years of experience, including providing design and construction services on commercial projects. DeGooyer has over 10 years of experience in construction, and will lead several projects for Lake Washington School District. King is in OAC's corporate offices, doing accounting and managing billing. She has over 20 years of experience. Gardella serves public education clients. He has over 20 years of experience as a contractor and construction manager. Balzarini spent 16 years in facilities and operations at Clover Park School District. She oversees the Centralia School District Bond Program. OAC provides project and construction management services, forensic architecture and engineering, building enclosure consulting, structural engineering and alternative project delivery services.
