Structural engineering firm Swenson Say Faget hired Tim Mealy as a senior project manager, Scott Wible, Jordan Jones and Annie Monagle as staff engineers, and Scott Brown, Jason Black and Ponce Capati as senior CAD technicians. Mealy, Wible, Brown and Black work in Seattle and Jones, Monagle and Capati are in Tacoma. Mealy has 20 years of experience. He is working on the River Run apartment building in North Bend. Wible's work includes multifamily, commercial and retail TIs, hospitality and houses. Jones is a St. Martin's University graduate and is working on Puyallup Avenue apartments in Tacoma. Monagle graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2014 and is working on The Verdant multifamily project in Kirkland. Brown has 13 years of experience that includes the 4th Street mixed-use project in Bremerton. Black has 23 years of experience and is working on Seattle Public Utilities Drainage and Waste Water Warehouse renovation. Capati has been a CAD technician for 22 years, and is working on The Inn at Cannon Beach.
