Landmark panel considers Queen Anne nurses home

Developer Brian Regan said he plans to renovate the three-story office building and add 40 apartments on the site.

Seattle's Landmarks Preservation Board on April 4 will consider nominating as a city landmark the Frances Skinner Edris Nurses Home at 2120 First Ave. N. on Queen Anne.
