The 2,200-square-foot Loblolly House on Taylors Island, Maryland, was designed by KieranTimberlake and fabricated off-site.

AIA Seattle will hold its 2018 Housing Design Forum from 8 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. May 7 at the Seattle Art Museum, 1300 First Ave.
