SeaLevel to start 266 apartments this year on Everett's waterfront

The two-building complex will be part of the 65-acre Waterfront Place Central. The apartments will open in 2020.

SeaLevel Properties and the Port of Everett have closed a deal for a 5.44-acre site in the port's Waterfront Place Central mixed-use development.
