In Bellevue, structural engineering firm Cary Kopczynski & Co. promoted Jerry Lee to research and development specialist, Zohrah Ali to project manager, Jason Thome to technical development specialist and Pamela Beltz to office manager/senior executive assistant. Lee has over 10 years of structural engineering experience. He coordinates CKC's pursuit of innovative design and construction, and continues as a senior design engineer. His work includes 1721 Webster and 2016 Telegraph towers in Oakland; and 355 Logan in Denver. Ali will work on business development and client relationships. She has 10 years of structural engineering experience, including residential, mixed-use and parking structures. Her work includes 1000 Virginia Tower, a residential high-rise in Seattle; and 14th & Alice Apartments in Oakland. Thome has over 13 years of structural engineering experience, and will help develop and manage CKC engineering standards and technical training. His projects include 3545 Wilshire in Los Angeles, and 325 7th Street Tower, a residential high-rise in Oakland. Beltz has over 10 years of experience with CKC. She manages the Bellevue office, assists the senior management team, coordinates special events, and is a project administrator.
