In Seattle, SRG Partnership hired Rosemarie Buchanan as an associate and strategist, and Michael Canales and Kristopher Chan as designers. In Portland, SRG hired Carl Hampson as a principal, Cheryl Wunder as a senior associate and director of people and culture, David Webb as an associate and senior project manager, Kirill Ryadchenko as BIM manager, Peyton Hill as a front desk receptionist, and Jennah Byrd, Qiqi De Graaff and Amy Santimauro as designers. Buchanan has two decades of experience in marketing, media relations and content development for architecture firms. At SRG, she will do marketing, business development and public relations. Canales has experience managing commercial projects. He holds a master of architecture from the University of New Mexico and a bachelor's in architecture from Kent State University. Chan has a bachelor's in architectural studies and a master of architecture from the University of Washington. Hampson has nearly three decades of experience, including at regional design firms. His work has earned two National AIA design awards. Wunder has spent nearly two decades working to improve the employee experience and firm culture at companies, from energy management organizations to health care nonprofits. Webb has nearly three decades of experience managing projects, from private developments to large-scale institutional work. Ryadchenko has eight years of experience as a designer at firms in Los Angeles and Boston, including a background in BIM production and management, and VR and 3D printing. Hill has a bachelor's from Lewis & Clark College, where she was an admissions fellow, planning special events and coordinating visits for prospective students. Byrd has a master of architecture from the University of Oregon and a bachelor's in architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design. Her research focused on the use of mass timber and the integration of thermodynamics in architectural design. De Graaff works in the interiors team. She has done interior design and branding for national sports facilities, and has a bachelor's in architectural studies from the University of Missouri. Santimauro has a bachelor's in architectural studies from the University of Missouri and a master of architecture from the University of Oregon. At UO, she won an AIA 2018 COTE Top Ten for Students Award for a project entitled “Fabricating Wellness.” SRG provides programming, planning, architecture and interior design.
