Perkins + Will to show final design for Unico's Yale & Harrison project

Unico bought the former Pemco block and has renovated one building for Amazon. No tenant has been named for this proposed new building, Yale & Harrison.

The nine-story building at 330 Yale Ave. N. will have about 200,000 square feet of office space, ground-floor retail and 32 underground parking stalls.
