AIA Project of the Month: Flexible walls let gallery owners move the art

  • With the help of architect Tom Kundig, an aging building on Dexter Avenue is re-born as a gallery.

    Winston Wächter Fine Art in Seattle lets the owners display a range of art. The gallery’s perimeter walls are notched and set apart from the outer walls to admit diffused light and views of the exhibit.
