Bellevue Downtown Association

The Bellevue Downtown Association promoted Leslie Ota to vice president. Ota has served the Bellevue Downtown Association since July, 1999 and is credited with creating the Bellevue Live after hours jazz series and Bellevue Downtown magazine.
