Richland hospital to open $7M expansion

RICHLAND (AP) — When a pediatric center expansion opens Nov. 18 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland some children with leukemia could be saved traveling to Seattle or Spokane for chemotherapy.

Dr. Josh Weldin told The Tri-City Herald Kadlec is working with Seattle Children's Hospital to provide some outpatient chemotherapy locally.
