Sparling's CEO: Now is the time for aggressive growth

    Sparling is looking to open an office in Texas and acquire two West Coast firms as part of an aggressive growth plan, according to Chief Executive Officer Eric Overton.

    Overton said about 30 percent of the Seattle-based electrical engineering and technology design firm's work is outside the Pacific Northwest, and he expects that percentage to increase.
