City Light instructor faces ethics charge

SEATTLE (AP) — The director of the Seattle Ethics Commission says a City Light instructor accepted nine bottles of liquor from apprentices retaking a safety test for utility workers.

The nine workers who did poorly on the first test in 2010 all passed after giving the instructor liquor on the day of the re-test.
