New chancellor for WSU Tri-Cities

RICHLAND — H. Keith Moo-Young has been named the new chancellor of Washington State University Tri-Cities. He begins on June 1.

Moo-Young has been dean of the College of Engineering, Computer Science and Technology at California State University, Los Angeles, since 2006.
