Saytaxi app joins ride-service fray

SEATTLE — A new taxi app set to launch soon will let you hail a cab with your iPhone or Android.

The app is by Everett-based Saytaxi Washington. It's designed to help taxis compete with other ride services such as Uber, Lyft and Sidecar.
