Squire Park Plaza sold to CHH team

SEATTLE — Capitol Hill Housing said it is teaming up with Jonathan Rose Cos. of New York to buy Squire Park Plaza, 60 units of affordable housing in the Central District.

CHH and Jonathan Rose will pay the Central Area Development Association $11.25 million for the building at 1719 S. Jackson St.
