Onamac acquired by Blue Point

SEATTLE — Blue Point Capital Partners and its portfolio company, Selmet, Inc., have acquired Onamac Industries, which makes machined components and assemblies for aerospace and defense uses.

Selmet is a titanium castings supplier based in Albany, Oregon, that was acquired by Blue Point in November 2011. Mukilteo-based Onamac makes products for landing gear, wings, control surfaces and doors.
