Pot retailer sued over trademark

SPOKANE (AP) — A marijuana-shop owner in Ephrata is being sued by a media empire that labels itself as the biggest brand name in pot.

The parent company of the magazine High Times filed a lawsuit Monday against shop owner Richard Reimers and his business, previously called High Time Station. The Spokesman Review reports (http://bit.ly/1vmEHtG ) the magazine is claiming trademark infringement.
