Park and ride is sold for $3M

SEATTLE — Sound Transit said it will buy Bonney Lake Park-and-Ride from Pierce Transit for $2.8 million.

The property is at 184th Avenue East and state Route 410 and contains 356 spaces for transit users. It serves ST Express Route 596, which connects to the Sounder commuter rail station in Sumner.
