Seattle ranks fifth for dining out

SEATTLE — A national report by CBRE confirms what you already know: Seattle is having an unprecedented boom in restaurants and bars.

Analyzing U.S. Census data, CBRE estimates that an average Seattleite annually spends $3,400 dining out. The only cities where people spend more are San Francisco, Washington D.C., Dallas and Houston.
