Uwajimaya getting new chair and CEO

SEATTLE — Tomio Moriguchi said he is retiring from leading the Uwajimaya board, but he will continue to work on developing the company's real estate holdings.

James (Jim) Warjone has been named lead chair. He was chairman and CEO of Port Blakely Companies, and is the company's first non-family board chair.
