Metropolitan Grill to close for rehab

SEATTLE — Metropolitan Grill announced it will close June 19, but don't worry, red-meat lovers, it's just for renovations.

The downtown steakhouse is making improvements “that will enhance both the guest dining experience and work environment for our teams,” said Jim Rowe, president of the company that owns the restaurant, in a statement.
