Durkan announces big staff changes
SEATTLE — Mayor Jenny Durkan announced a pair of high-profile departures from her administration on Monday.
Durkan said Seattle Police Chief Kathleen O'Toole will step down at the end of the month. Durkan also announced the resignation of Seattle City Light CEO Larry Weis.
