New clinic's focus is kids and drugs

SHORELINE — Wonderland Developmental Center said it will open the nation's first comprehensive center specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of children with prenatal exposure to abused substances.

The Shoreline-based nonprofit said it will open the center, called the Hope Rising Clinic for Prenatal Substance Exposure, at Pacific Medical Center in Canyon Park.
