Most voters are justifiably caught up in the primaries and presidential election these days, but an important issue close to home deserves attention as well.
On Tuesday King County voters will be asked to approve a $172 million library system replacement bond. The measure would fund new libraries in Kent, Newcastle and Park Lake in White Center, and expand or replace facilities at 25 other locations throughout the county.
