SEATTLE — The city of Seattle paved 41 lane-miles this year, making 2008 the busiest paving season in a decade, officials announced yesterday.
Major paving was done on the Denny-to-15th Avenue corridor, the Boren-Madison corridor, Fifth Avenue through downtown and First Avenue South.
