Icicle Brewing Co. wants to build a brewery in downtown Leavenworth.
Beer plays a big role in German and Austrian communities, so husband-and-wife team Oliver and Pamela Brulotte want to recreate that in Washington's Bavarian-themed town of Leavenworth.
