Contractor sought for Dexter Pit Park

SEATTLE — The city of Seattle is seeking a contractor for development of Dexter Pit Park (Thomas C. Wales Park) at 2401 Sixth Ave. N.

The contractor will install and maintain temporary erosion and sedimentation controls, grade the site, install site drainage and utilities, install trees and landscaping and construct trails.
